Downhill Race - Dongbaishan - 10 Years in Asia (2010)

When I was racing my first Downhill Race in Nanjing back in 2009, I meet some other foreigner with the same interest like me. Trying to ride the bike down a mountain as fast as possible. Thomas from France was working at the Specialized Bike Store in Shanghai. He was organizing a 2 day downhill race event in Zhejiang province 浙江省 at Dongbaishan 东白山. Dongbaishan is located about 150km south of Hangzhou. A lot of riders where attending the race, even riders from Beijing they came so far south. It was really nice area, riding in the tea fields. But no time to have a closer look, only if you would crash. It was a really well organized event, thanks to Thomas, and I was even at the overall podium with the 4th place!
